Surfing Destin February 2006

Check out the pics from our surfing session way back in Feb 2006. I think everyone has seen the hightlights, but there are some other good ones. The web album is here. Jill and I shot these from our 5th floor balcony at Mainsail.

Shaun Tomson Book

The interview is here. My question for the interview would have been, "How did you keep the mouse in the house while wearing those tiny boardshorts."

It's ain't much to look at

Natividad Island is located 10 miles off into the Pacific about halfway down the Baja peninsula, Mexico.

This island is home to a fishing co-operative made up of about 400 fishermen and their families, who make their living fishing for lobster and abalone.

Anyone want to surf Typhoon Lagoon?

Neal Brennan from Niceville is getting a group of people to go surfing this month at Typhoon Lagoon in Orlando. Anyone interested in hitting the pool? A guy John knows in Fort Walton made this video a while back. I thought I would upload it. I'll find out more and let you know. The more people that go, the cheaper it gets. Posted by Picasa

Water Housing

I just ordered this housing for my small Sony T1 digital camera. It was $35 and should work better than the GoHero. Check out the specs here. There is a viewing port in the back of the housing for the LCD display. I've got a 512 meg SD card. The camera takes video as well. The quality won't be as good as the Nikon D50 but those housings are $1,200. It should be small enough to fit in my boardshorts.
