Here's the board I'm thinking about getting: 6"10" BAT (Brian A. Tudor)
Too big? I'm looking to get that extra paddle power from the size... but it is freaking huge. At $435.00 is this overpriced? Just right? Should I just go to the east coast and get a used board?

Mike and I went halves on a ding repair kit. It's got a little bit of everything, cloth, resin, sand paper, etc. We also got one fin slot replacement kit. It comes with two fin plugs. So if your fins kit the bottom and they come out at the root we can fix it.

I bought the GoHero wristcam. Tim at Fluid Surfshop had it $5 cheaper than the online store at Surfline. Like the box says, "If everyone has a Hero, everyone can be a Hero."

Also, I checked out my video cam. It has a LANC jack so it should work with Mike's water housing if we need a backup.

Does anyone have any extra Compact Flash storage cards. I have some extra cards but they are all SD format. I am looking to supplement my digital camera storage for the trip.

Well, I thought there was no good surf this past weekend, but the pictures on this site say otherwise. I gotta get on that.
